We have spent the last two winters in the Corpus area and skipped around the Rockport area. Here are my recommendations since we've seen them all. We looked for something that wasn't owned by snoots, was quiet, clean, with the amenities one needs on the road, and was convenient. I wouldn't pay more than $500/month at any rv park, that is just excess and should come with a dress code priced above that. Besides, I like kicking back with a cold one in hand and watch the sunset while the smoker steams up some baby back ribs. (sip)Now, recommendations: The Last Resort, Salt Water Flats RV Park (new), and Southern Star RV Park. Don't worry about politics in this area, you won't win, just cope. Texas is a lot different than other States, learn, love it and leave it. But come back hear? Hope you have a great stay and breath deep.
