I'm looking for an RV to live in during weeknights. However, I will mostly be in cities and as such do not need a kitchen or fridge (of any kind). I am looking for something that's not too conspicuous...

With your budget you should be able to find everything in your list that you want less the big storage space. A B has very little. Even our C has very limited storage.
