I'm looking for an RV to live in during weeknights. However, I will mostly be in cities and as such do not need a kitchen or fridge (of any kind). I am looking for something that's not too conspicuous...

I would find a floor plan that worked for me and contact the company see if they would put storage cabinets in instead of the kitchen stuff.It probably would be a hard sell if you ever wanted to get rid of it if you did that good luck.
