There is no way I would allow someone to plan my trip. And I definitely would not pay someone to do the planning.
The journey is as important as the destination. I like to stop when and where we feel like stopping and enjoying sights along the way. If we decide to take a different route, that is part of the fun.
If you want to be that regimented while traveling, just leave the RV at home and stay in motels and visit the locations your planner picks for you.
To me, a RV travel agent is a waste of time and money. YMMV
