If you're using an outside cable connection port that connects to the power injector for the roof top OTA antenna, the internal switch that turns it on and off as well switching which source goes to the TV will not pass the signal from the X2. Best fix is to run a separate cable for the X2 to the receiver, but you can also install an A/B switch that will route the outside port around the power injector for satellite use, and still allow using the port for cable when desired.
