Setting up Equalizer

I AM Debating on upgrading the hitch to be one that is more "up to date' and has some instructions / warranty with it but if I don't have to, that is a $500 savings at least.
Maybe someone can help me identify the hitch I have and some instructions that may go with it?????
Below are some pictures of the hitch that I have. It unfortunately does not have any numbers on it or specifications. The sway bar says "Draw Tight" on the side of it but I'm not sure if the hitch goes with it. It's a beast of a hitch though. I can get some additional pictures tonight if needed! Thanks in advance!!!
