Setting up travel trailer for per. res., need septic system

Hi all, First time poster and soon to be owner of a 26' RV trailer. I've never owned an RV, and don't know much about them. I found an older one that I can afford, but it is missing the toilet ...

That's a lot of missing stuff! I'm seeing reg flags here - why is the toilet and holding tank missing? Does everything else work - A/C, furnace, hot water heater, stove, refridgerator to name a few. Don't take this persons word that they do. Is the Gray water tank there? Are the dump valve and plumbing present underneath it? I'd be skeptical of buying an RV that is missing a holding tank and toilet.
