All of these are great questions, I'm going to check on before buying. I'm going to check it out tomorrow. It's from a retired guy who used it for amateur radio room. He said when he bought it, it didn't have a working toilet. Has brand new a/c furnace, not sure about hot water, stove and fridge works. Not sure about the plumbing at all, though. I will def. ask all these questions. It's an older RV only wants $1,200, so I can afford to have a few things fixed.
