This is great advice - but if your set on the missing toilet RV, then just be prepared to sink more money into it in order to be able to live in it. I would also look at that Craigslist ad in a previous post or check out the Orlando CL listings. I think this guy is trying to off his crappy RV on you. Also got to wonder why it has new things like a furnace. Who does that in Florida if just using it as a studio? Please run away from this...
