Northwoods trailers have a reputation for building longer-lasting trailers. And I believe they build their own frames instead of using ones from Lippert.
Keep in mind there are a few suppliers used across many brands. You'll find Lippert frames, axles, suspension, doors ect used on many brands. Ditto for Atwood and Suburban appliances and WFCO power converters.
Grand Design is a relatively new company but people on the GD forum are happy with the factory support they get.
We had a Heartland North Trail for 4 years. The appointments had a cheap feel to them but I never had it back to the dealer for any repairs.
