WEIGHT is NOT an issue. Rig is stationary so what would that matter?
Anode Rod...nope you don't have one. (Atwood doesn't---Suburban DOES)
What was concern was that when WH Tank is emptied and electric ON/OFF switch should get turned on then electric element would burn out due to lack of water (IF you have a gas/electric WH)
Draining WH Tank.
IF you use 'city water' (Treated/tested water source) then water sitting in fresh water tank and/or WH Tank between camping trips is NOT an issue
