Offer half or walk.

If you have never repaired vacuum bonded Filon (fiberglass skin) before, forget about the unit and move on.

I can only relate personal experience.
Many years ago, I was looking for a tt to live in for a few months. I found one that had been wrecked; they had drug the left front corner into something, and the entire front of the trailer was pushed over to the right, and broken loose from the floor. They wanted $800 for it.
I bought it.
There was no frame damage, so I used a farm jack to pull the front back into place, and secured it with long screws. I replaced the torn paneling and insulation inside, replaced the torn exterior skin with aircraft quality Alclad aluminum purchased from my employer, repaired the bent lines for the water system under the couch/bed, and lived in it for about 6 months.
Then we used it for camping for a couple of years, until we sold it for almost what I had in it (IIRC) and bought a 27 foot Pace Arrow Class A.
That being said, $800 wasn't a bad deal, IMO. I would never pay several thousand for a similar unit!

$10k isn't that great of a deal if it wasn't flawed.

If they were willing to entertain a $3-5k offer contingent on an independent inspection by an RV tech...I might consider it if I wanted a DIY project...then talk to an RV tech and have them focus on the rebuilt areas.

That kitchen looks like ****! My 5 year old niece could do better work.

I would pass. So many potential problems. If you are set on it shoot them a low offer. Be sure the title is not listing as totaled.
