A good backup camera is great. My truck has a built in backup camera and large screen. It is even easier than having a spotter. The screen has a dotted black centering line. Just align the black line to the hitch and back slowly til I see the hitch over the ball. Dead on alignment each time and never a problem with backing too far and bumping the hitch. No more backing, getting out, looking, getting in, pulling forward, realign, backing, repeat, repeat, repeat.
