Sportsman 1000 watt inverter generator

I see that Sam's Club has the 1000 inverter mentioned on sale for $198.64

I have the little Sportsman 800 watt generator and am thrilled with it. It gets loaned out a lot for battery charging and I use it for the morning boost here and there. The best thing I recently found is that it will run my 5000 BTU window A/C on its own. Most Honda 1000 users have to add a capacitor to do the same.

Go with the middle ground. Paint it yellow and they will pass it by while looking for a Honda yet it cost far less and will be even better than a Honda.

I have one would not recomend it. May be ok for occasional use. Seems that some people are not happy unless they are making snide remarks about someones posting.
