Sprinter 299RET vs. Lacrosses 323FKD

Hello!

I'm new here but not to so new to rving. I am a pipeliner and am looking for my first travel trailer of my own to live in. I will be in it for about 70% of the year and my 2 boys, 8 and 4, will be in the trailer with me about 30% of that time.

I am of several minds on which way to go. Motorhome pulling a toad or trailer. Toy hauler pulling close to the same. Or a bumper pull travel trailer and loading extras in bed of my truck. The later is where I'm leaning.

My truck is a 3/4 ton diesel dodge mega cab swb 4x4.

I feel a non bunk house and non toy hauler will give me the most living and storage space. This has led me to the Keystone Sprinter 299 RET and the Prime Time Lacrosse 323FKD. However I am open to other models.

Table and chairs and some type of recliner is a big deal. Living with out a chair and squeezing into booths is terrible. lol construction, insulation, is also big. Orientation of toliet is big deal to. As is size of shower.

The Lacrosse has an all in one utility hook up point. If i travel north I feel that will be big. However I have not been farther than central Missouri in 3 years. And we'll be in central Arkansas for the next year and a half. The sprinters utilities hook up all over. The Lacrosse has a large double gas/electric ice box where the sprinter doesn't. Yes these two points go to lacrosse however the layout and look of the sprinter is so much better to me. The sprinter feels like it has a foyer and in the kitchen it is open on both sides of the stove! Both trailers can function with slides in however the lacrosse Cannot if sofa bed is out.

Any thoughts or experiences will be greatly appreciated. With both of them being new designs I'm having a hard time finding any information. The RET model is the darker exterior one with the entertainment in the slide.

Thank you all for your time,
Oscar
