I would take time to go to a local RV park and talk to the people there. They can show you how they setup their trailers for travel and provide useful tips.
For our part I added a roller rack to a narrow cabinet and for the large cabinets we make use of plastic containers. The containers make it easier to get to things and they stack so every inch is utilized as well as keeping small items from moving around while on the road.
I would look for an online Airstream owners forum as it will be a good source for information specific to your trailer.
