Stupid question time /sanitizing black water tank

I would not put bleach in the black tank and would always have it one third full or more....some people put ridx in them to help bacteria, but I use old milk and yeast...when I have it....when towing keep at least 5 gallons in it with mixture of water softener and liquid detergent.....good luck a dry tank will give you a lot of trouble....
