Dump and rinse well, close vlave add 1/2 cup each Dawn Dishwishing Liquid (NOT the anti-bacterial formulas, use original) and Calgon Water Softener (Powder, liquid or crystals, does not matter) fill about 1/3 with water (More or less, 1/3, 1/4) Drive a while to slosh it around good, Curves are good.
Dump and rinse again. NOTE: Sensors may show full (Of soap bubbles) for a while.
Sanitize: Why sanitize a waste tank? I mean, there is no reason to sanitize it and a very good one not to unless you need to service the tank due to damage or a leak.
