Stupid question time /sanitizing black water tank

OK. I guess I shouldn't have said sanitize. I just wanted to get any solids that I could get off there (stuck on poo). I used the rv toilet treatment from Walmart. I am considering getting one of those wands to clean it up good. I am not a clean freak. Just don't know what the other person did to it so it would not hurt to pressure clean it and get stuck on solids I guess. thanks
