Stupid question time /sanitizing black water tank

Newbie here. Just bought a toy hauler and want to clean the black tank out. Only used it once so far and just dumped at the dump site. I don't have a clear hose or anything yet. there aren't any odors...

The OP corrected the use of the word itself stating he meant just to 'clean' out the black tank.
...OK. I guess I shouldn't have said sanitize. I just wanted to get any solids that I could get off there (stuck on poo)....
