Stupid question time /sanitizing black water tank

Newbie here. Just bought a toy hauler and want to clean the black tank out. Only used it once so far and just dumped at the dump site. I don't have a clear hose or anything yet. there aren't any odors so that is good. I did put the treatment in after. But, is there any way to do this at home? I assume there isn't cause you cant drain it in any way right? It would really be nice if there was a way to run a good amount of some hot water and bleach through and drain it. The thing is its not that often that I will use the trailer where there will be full sewer hookup. I don't have a sewage tank flush option anyway.

    I don't have a clear hose or anything yet....You should get one under $12.00 IMO best way to tell if your cleaned out or not.

    It would really be nice if there was a way to run a good amount of some hot water and bleach through and drain it. I use soap pod things. After dumping I add about gallon of water and throw in a soap capsule and let it clean itself driving back home.

    to dump at home there are a few options. one is to install a dump station with water at home and another is what I did, I bought a sewer solution and cut my clean out for the house off and installed a "T" with a 1 1/4" opening for the hose for the sewer solution. just use a plain garden house and flush out the tank and it goes right down the house sewer.
