If you can't reach the sewer line, or the septic tank, then consider getting a "Tote" and drain your camper into it, then dump it into your sewer line, or your septic tank.
We live in the country, and had a removable cap put on our septic tank for easier clean out. I built a ramp beside it, so the blue tote sits higher than the top of the opening for easy draining. This works marvelous for us, especially since we can't reach the septic tank, and we use the camper at home and I dump the tanks at least once a week, if not more!
