Surge Protector
Is it necessary to have a surge protector? I've had several people say as long as you're in a good park you should be okay.

For the first time, while I was I our MH I had our PI EMS shut off the park power. Been in the park since Oct. With the cold front that have been moving through Mission, TX this year, guess everyone must be turning on there electric heater at night. Not sure if it was only in the park, but I head a clicking noise. Got up out of bed, to check it out. Saw on the EMS a code PE4(which is low voltage). You can check out post power before you plug in, but you never know when you will have a sag of power.
