Your attorney, yes get your own legal counsel, can get phone record & the trucks computer will tell them speed , if brakes were applied etc. Also, its possible that you are actually injured & just hasn't started showing up .Get checked out & don't take the 1st offer
We just went thru this 2years ago when my wife was hit by a State Trooper. The computers in both vehicles proved he was cause & her the victim. She has a some nerve damage in her neck that didnt show up for a few months.
