We have an 02 Georgetown 32-foot Class A, dual slide-outs (Dinette/living room and bedroom), Ford F53 chassis, V-10. KBB says it's worth somewhere between $28K and $32K. It's very unlikely that you'll find anything newer than about 1994 for your budget.
It's at 18,000 miles from new right now.We bought it from the original owners a little over 3 years ago for $37K, and that was substantially below the Kelly Blue Book suggested price.
We're considering selling it because, on a retiree's Soc Sec/company pension budget, it's getting difficult to afford to use it, particularly if Washington State sticks another 11 cents a gallon on the gas tax. We only made one 18-day trip last season. We might not even get a chance to use it at all this season.
