I would disagree with that philosophy. When you dump every time you leave a CG, or with full hookups, you never get a good flush. It takes a full tank to get a good rush of water to get the solids moving sometimes. I also am convinced the sloshing while driving does a lot to break up the solids in the black tank. My gauges still work as good as they ever did on a 13 yr. old MH. I have only owned it 10 of those years though. I also do not use any chemicals most of the time and don't have odors.
