You have lots of really good answers to digest.
I will tell you that I am a little concerned. There is a discoloration around the light fixture. I hope it is just an artifact of the picture, but if it is not, it could be water damage. If that is the case, either decide you are going to be happy tearing into it, or just walk away.
Water leakage is a common cause of death for RVs with wooden structure.
I hope it isn't too out of date, the one we were just out in was made in 1973, and it serves us well.
