Ask a Ford dealer to run the VIN to see what you have.
I may be wrong, but the Max Tow package may have only been available with the EcoBoost 3.5.
There is a Standard tow package that dealers order on most if not all the F150's on the lot. If you have both a 4-pin and 7-pin connector on the back bumper you have at least the Standard tow package.
A factory brake controller was available as a separate option with the Standard tow package.
And again I believe the Max tow package came with the extended tow mirrors.
But it's a moot point - you're looking at too much trailer for the truck.
