"WDH" = Weight Distributing Hitch and those can weigh 100+ lbs, so it needs to be counted in when cutting it close.
Here's some GOOD news for you though....you are asking the right questions BEFORE you bought the trailer. Many forum members (myself included way back when) bought the big trailer on the assurances of the RV salesman that we would have no problems, then posted here with "What am I doing wrong, this trailer is so hard to tow."
If you (or DW) have your heart set on the Keystone Cougar you posted about, now you know what weights to expect, add in the family and stuff you want to carry in the truck, and now you know what number to look for on the door pillar of the new truck.
Personally, I would look at a 250 for that trailer.
As I said, too many get confused by tow ratings, but it's the payload capacity that limits RV towing. Believe it or not, some larger 5ers are too heavy for a 1 ton dually and need a 450+. Many full timers have gone to medium duty trucks for ease of traveling:
