A 2011+ F-150 crew cab 4WD with the max trailer towing package. Lariat instead of Platinum. That should get you in the 1600-1700 pound range of payload and enough for the trailer in the OP. You will be searching hard to find one and probably order from the factory if want new. The 2014+ GM twins have the highest standard payloads for half ton crew cabs, but then still that's in the 1500 pound range for a loaded up one and more like 1700 for a mid trim. Check those door stickers as you shop. 2015 F-150 still need more details.
All full sized pickups have about the same lengths for cab/beds except the 3/5 ton crew cabs require 6.5' bed vs. 5.5' bed available on half tons. If the length of the truck is within 5" of your garage length, then you probably won't be parking that close to a wall every single day.
As for 2014+ Ram 2500, get the 6.4L. It is more powerful and seems to get better unloaded fuel economy due to spending more time in 4-cyl mode. Payloads should be in the 3000 pound range.
