Towing with a minivan

I am very new to all of this so I do not know the lingo. We have a 2014 Chrysler town and country towing max is 3600 pounds.We are a family of 5 all of out children are 6 and under. We are looking at buying a Jay Feather SLX 16XRB. Unloaded weight is 2600 pounds.Gross Vehicle weight is 3500 pounds, and cargo carrying capacity is 960 pounds. Do you think our van can pull this?
