It's a nice gadget to have and has the posibility of saving you some major damage. With my little TT, I check tire pressure before leaving and every time we stop for fuel or bathroom breaks which generally is every 3 hrs or so. A laser tire temp gauge and tire pressure gauge work well with my frequent tire checks. When I graduate to a bigger trailer that I am stressing more, I likely will bite the bullet and buy one. With my loaded for bear 5000lb TT on 7000 lb rated tires and axles and my frequent stop and checks, I'm comfortable with my risk/reward level.
