In most states, once you arrive at the campground and unhook the trailer from the tow vehicle all bets are off.
If the kid cuts through your campsite, trips on the power cable, splits his head open on the trailer jack and parents sue you; TAG, you are it!
While you are driving the tow vehicle to the hospital trying to keep from being sued, the campfire gets out of hand and sets your trailer on fire. Guess what??? Your tow vehicle and home are insured. Your trailer and your bank account are toast.
That is why they write specialized RV policies.
