It seems this article appears elsewhere on a website where people post things and hope to get paid by Google Adsense every time someone clicks it.
I recall about 15 years ago when lots of ads appeared in newspapers inviting people with no experience to write articles on any subject they chose. No writing experience or expertise on the subject matter required. They could submit articles to a website which then owned all rights to the text and paid the submitter some small amount, retaining the larger payment per hit for the website owner - who then figured out ways to move it to the top of search engines. As a result thousands of vague articles appeared and live on eternally in cyberspace with helpful tips (such as - before an RV trip, make sure you fill up your gas tank.) This post sort of reminds me of that.
