Can tow both car and motorcycle. Put tools box in car or Class C somewhere. Just make sure you find a Class C with the capability of towing at least 5000 lbs. You mentioned a 1994 Class C. You must be really on a tight budget. Because someone else mentioned, setting up a car for towing is gonna cost you around $1400 (plain tow dolly) - $2500 + (to set up for flat towing).The dolly in the picture above is gonna cost you even more.
Hate to say it, but trading for a truck and getting a TT (much cheaper than a motorhome) will be your better bet for being on a budget. That way, you can put the motorcycle in the back of the truck. Or get a toyhauler TT and put it and the tool box in the back of the TT.
