Turning on the furance also turned on the roof AC

When I turned on the furnace in the camper for the first time last week, it also turned on the roof AC. The roof AC was not blowing cold air, it was more like circulating the air. Is this normal? I tu...

I don't think I can turn the AC fan off when I want the heat. Below is a picture of my control, but mine is white.
