First the power button: Inside the antenna, up on the roof, is a small pre-amplifier that boosts the received signals.. that is the power supply for said booster.
Next the 12 volt outlet. Very nearly useless may not have enough capacity to power your TV.
Finally, where to put the TV. anywhere you like Set it on a shelf or counter, no need to hang it on the wall. Route cable and power to it.
If you do not hang it on the wall (Even if you do with a detachable hanger) just set it in the laundry basket, on top of the dirty laundry, when you travel.
