RVs with (small) bath tubs are available. If you're hooked up to water and sewer connections, this should work out OK. If you're someplace without full hookups, these would generally fill up your holding tank and empty your fresh water tank pretty rapidly. Bathtubs are available on most kinds of RVs that aren't too small, I believe--class A's, larger class C's, fifth wheels, and largish travel trailers. You probably won't find one in a class B or a truck camper.
How young is your son? If small enough, you might be able to make do with a wash tub. Most all RV showers use a handheld sprayer, which might not seem quite as scary as a mounted shower head, too.
