If he is a little kid he doesn't need a big bathtub. If you can't find what you want, you could get an inflatable tub or a kiddie pool and put it in the floor.
BUT...a lot of trailers I've seen have a small tub with shower curtain, rather than a shower stall with door. I'm sure there are motor homes with a similar style tub. The amount of water needed to bathe a little kid in a small tub is going to weigh far less than many adults weigh!
If you get a sizable motor home you will need a car to tow behind it. So you might consider getting a towable RV. The Gulfstream Amerilite line has several trailers with small tubs. If it's just you and 1 child, you won't need a huge one.
You will want something suitable for the climate you will be in. So consider if you need heated tanks, double-glazed windows, etc.
