OK, I sort of understand. Now please understand that a MH is the most expensive RV there is to purchase and maintain. Add the fact that without a toad(small car to tow) you are basically stuck. Since most MHs are geared toward older adults, finding one with a bath tub might be difficult. But the good news, there are lots of trailers available with bath tubs. Generally even factoring in a tow vehicle cost a nice sized trailer of fifth wheel will be lower cost to buy and maintain. Not to mention that for any given size you get more living space.
