Universal AC to DC Car Cigarette Lighter Socket Adapter

Hello and thanks in advance! Could I plug this device to the trailer 12v outlet and attach my cigarette lighter inverter to it while not plugged in to shore power? I know the device states AC to D...

That is a converter, it makes 12 volt DC out of 120 volt AC, it is so you can use 12 volt devices you your house,

For example I might bring my Garmin into the house, use that to power it, then program in a router and/or destination.... Then take it back out to the car.

IT will not perform as you desire.
