- tenbearExplorerI should add if you are connecting to a household receptacle you will only be able to use 15 amps. If you are using an extension cord the current will be limited to the rating of the extension cord. You should use a 12 gauge extension cord if you want to use the AC or the microwave, or an electric heater.

How do you hook up the power?
You probably have a 30 amp power cord. If it has 3 prongs it is, if it has 4 it is a 50 amp cord. If you are at a campground, simply plug it into the appropriate receptacle. If you are at home you will need an adapter to connect the type of power cord you have to the household power receptacle. You can buy one at Wallmart.
It would be a good idea to tell us what your Thor Wanderer is. By googling it I found it could be a travel trailer, fifth wheel or a toy hauler, and it comes in many lengths. - karenmelodyExplorerHow do you hook up the power?
- allen8106ExplorerPaste the link below into your web browser and it will taked you to the Thor 2005 Wanderer users manual.
www.limo.net/rv/tahoe25rl/THORCaliforniaOwnersGuide.pd - wbwoodExplorerTry either Thor Industries or go ask on the Thorforums.com
- n7bsnExplorerMost of the appliance makers have PDF manuals for their products at their web-pages.
For general repair/maintenance work I recommend the RV Repair and Maintenance Manual by Robert Livingston. This book covers just about everything, appliances, frame, tires, generators, etc, etc, etc - tenbearExplorerI bought my 2005 Thor Four Winds new and all I got was a generic booklet that "covered" practically any motorhome. I don't think you will find a manual specific to any Thor product. As Mike said, ask in this forum. Some free advice, and worth the price - limit each thread to one question.
- mdcampingExplorerNot sure where your going find one.
Could try here, lots of good folks to help answer your questions. :)
