The Via and all the newer MB Sprinter rvs can tow up to 5,000lb, so you can tow a toad or trailer. Most people with the Sprinters do not tow and use the rv to sightsee or shop. We have been able to take the Via on some very small, narrow roads without any problems. I would not take it into a busy city like Denver, but I am sure others would. As long as you can find a parking space for a 26' x 90" rv you can park it. Look for all the Sprinter delivery vans in cities and other places, and you can see where the rv will go. We have not towed our Jeep yet, but if we go to Arizona for a few months this winter, I shall tow it. It is a great rv for the National Parks and State Parks that may have small rv sites. It has everything that my diesel pusher had (including 2 TVs!) just in a smaller package.
