Travelling alone I got 3 weeks before having to empty last summer. I do have larger tanks than you. I don't worry about not breaking up the solids because the driving gives it a lot of agitation. If I was just sitting I would use more water but that isn't why I have MOTOR homes. I wasn't to see things outside the campground.
