I did not even think of using the pods, as there are these three little drawers that you pull out at once and fill with soap, fabric softener so on. Put I could just throw a pod in and close the door. hummm. Wonder if I can reopen the front door when it is in the drying cycle and throw in a dryer sheet? Oh so much to learn...lol.

We do the same and also use Scott....

My wife uses TIDE detergent (in the orange bottle) that is all we use. Works great and not problems.

Thanks, I just checked the bathroom tissue again, and after giving it another shake looks like it will be fine. I bought Cahsmere Envirocare 100% recycled paper...said it was safe for septic and sewer systems.

We have a Splendide and use the Splendide detergent....very small amount.
