- buckyExplorer III don't think that you will find a spot at this late date but maybe.
They are the best fireworks but after all they should be. With our money haha. - Second_ChanceExplorer IIIf you're eligible, check the FamCamp at Joint Base Andrews. We stay there when we want to do DC things.
Rob - RoadpilotExplorerYou could try Cherry Hill and take the metro into DC. They may be filled.
- DrewEExplorer IIFor Metro access within reasonable (walkable if you care to do so) distance to the campground, the campgrounds I'm aware of are:
Cherry Hill (full hookups, the fanciest amenities, and they cater especially towards tourists and by all accounts do a fine job doing so)
Greenbelt (National) Park (lowest cost, dry camping/no hookups, lots of availability still for the 4th)
Lake Fairfax (County) Park (electric-only sites, unknown availability at this time for the 4th) - jwandvassieExplorer

Great park. See majority of DC area attractions and never move your vehicle. - BmachExplorer IIKoa in Millersville md then take the metro. Might be to late to get in but I dc on the 4th is worth the trip.
