There is a compromise.
In Florida at least, the RV market is still severely depressed.
There are THOUSANDS of used units on the market at real attractive prices.
I recently got a 7 year old 28 foot C+ with 40K miles in excellent condition for about $27K. That's about half the price of a comparable new.
You have to be careful but there ARE good deals out there; a LOT of them.
