Yes I did on another forum! The bank preapproved me for one amount, but after discussing my situations on a forum. I ended up bought a house that cost about 51% lower than what I could had bought. Best decision and that allowed me to be almost debt free and I can even buy a camper. My wife loves it because she gets to stay home and take care of the kids. WE ARE NOT HOUSE POOR!!!
