No, no computers back in the old days. But our families and friends knew nothing about house buying, nor did we.

Had a forum existed, and had we been willing to listen, to the older wiser been there done that crew. I would like to think we would have made better choices in our first two house buys. We would have saved a ton of money, work, grief and stress.
