I'll put my own "excess capital" to use, thank you. Because I worked for it and saved it up by driving less than new cars and eating hamburger intead of steak and drinking tea instead of beer.

I don't enable those who have no financial responsibility by giving them money either. They had the same choices to make as I did.....and chose wrong. Not my problem.
